Key Position Functions
  • Support contract administration and document control, including reviewing customer agreements, tracking key dates and milestones, and highlighting potential risk areas for management review.
  • Collaborate with sales team, project managers, and with customers to ensure contract compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain document management system, ensuring proper execution and organization of legal documents.
  • Process vendor and customer insurance information requests, review documentation for compliance, and support annual insurance renewal process.
  • Coordinate with project personnel and IT to ensure identification and protection of confidential data and/or Confidential Unclassified Information (“CUI”).
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and business units.

Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Three to five years’ experience in corporate paralegal or contract administration role.
  • Knowledge of government contracts and FAR/DFAR provisions. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of corporate public record filings.
  • Experience with data privacy regulations and CMMC requirements.
  • Experience with government contracts.
